From various places and different ethnics
We were called out from for a purpose
Unto each and every one of us
Came the clarion call
Arise O compatriots, Nigeria’s call obey
To heart we took the call, like true ambassador
Like an echelon of space craft did we gather
To obey the clarion call and serve
Community developments we did
Places of primary assignment we worked
Our little quota we’ve contributed
To make our father land a better place
Now our service year is over
To our homes and kinsman we shall return
Tears of joy engorged our eyes
Cos like family we’ve blended together
Adios, we say to one another
Until we meet again if fate will
And if not, in our respective places
We shall always keep the flag flying.
