The capacity and
influence of a person
Is embedded in their
name
A reflection of who
they are
Or what has been
achieved by them
Simple but filled
with great power
An understanding with
spiritual depth
But also working
wonder in the world of men
Just like the Joseph
of Arimathea in the Bible
A man with the name
with influence
Strong enough to ask
the governing Pilate
For the hanging body
of Christ Jesus
That the process of salvation which has begun
Might be completed
with the laying of His body in a tomb
For Him to descend
into hades
And take dominion
from him called death
The keeper of saints
and the unjust
A role wealth came to
play in salvation
